Stratum Nutrition adds BLIS K12 and M18 Oral Probiotics to their Product Portfolio

Stratum Nutrition, a Novus International Business focusing on nutrition through functional and specialty ingredients, has formally added BLIS K12™ and BLIS M18™ oral probiotics to their specialty product portfolio.  Stratum will be showcasing these oral and dental health ingredients at Engredea booth #347.

BLIS K12™ and BLIS M18™ are specific strains of Streptococcus salivarius (S. salivarius), some of the most important, numerous and beneficial bacteria found in the mouth of healthy individuals.  These probiotic strains secrete powerful antimicrobial molecules called BLIS: Bacteriocin-Like-Inhibitory Substances.  Both strains have robust science support evaluating their beneficial influence on bad breath, upper respiratory health, immune support, and the health of teeth and gums – all of which are affected by pathogens that enter our body through the mouth.
